To ensure top quality, we use latest manufacturing technology consisting of CNC Worm Grinding machine, CNC Gear Hobbing machine etc. We use gear cutting tools of AA class and A class accuracy from Mitsubishi and Dagger Forst India Ltd.

We have special jigs and fixtures to run test the Worms & Wheels for noise levels as well as to ensure correct centre distance & backlash.

We make Worms and Wheels as per customer prints & requirements.
